Jeju City will conduct a survey of 104 lenders by the 17th of next month.

The investigation will focus on changes to the status of lenders and check for any false and mistaken reports.

In particular, administrative measures will be taken if any forged documents are found or if the interest rate limit of 20% is not followed.

Registered lenders must submit a fact-finding report by the end of this month, and for those who do not comply with the regulations will be fined up to 6 million won.




제주시, 104개 대부업체 실태조사 추진


제주시가 다음달 17일까지 104개 대부업체를 대상으로 실태조사를 추진합니다.

이번 조사는 대부업체 일반현황 변경 신고 여부와 보고서 허위, 착오 기재에 대한 사실관계를 현장에서 확인하게 됩니다.

특히 실태조사 보고서를 허위로 작성하거나 이자율 20% 제한을 지키지 않을 경우 행정조치할 방침입니다.

등록된 대부업체는 이달 말까지 실태조사 보고서를 제출해야 하며 제출하지 않을 경우 최고 600만원의 과태료가 부과됩니다.
