The official housing and land prices in Jeju have fallen significantly.

With the announcement of the official land price and standard housing price this year by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Jeju's official land price fell 7.08% compared to last year.

This decrease rate is the second largest in the country following Gyeongnam at 7.12%.

In addition, the standard housing prices in Jeju fell 5.13%, placing Jeju third place after Seoul and Gyeonggi Province.

제주 표준주택·표준지가 공시가격 큰 폭 하락


제주지역의 표준주택과 표준지가 공시가격이 크게 하락한 것으로 나타났습니다.

국토교통부가 올해 표준지공시지가와 표준주택가격을 공시한 가운데 제주의 표준지 공시지가의 경우 지난해 보다 7.08% 하락한 것으로 조사됐습니다.

이같은 하락률은 경남 7.12%에 이어 전국 두 번째 큰 폭입니다.

또 제주의 표준주택가격 역시 지난해보다 5.13% 하락한 것으로 나타났으며 이는 서울과 경기에 이어 세 번째 수준인 것으로 분석됐습니다.
