Jeju City will recruit 15 households of prospective residents of the (수선화) Susunwha rental housing from the 13th to the 14th.

Eligibility for application includes people with an address in Jeju City who do not own a house. On-site applications can be made at the Jeju City Hall Housing Department.

The ranking of prospective tenants will be determined through an open lottery on the 3rd of next month, and tenants will be able to move in once housing becomes available.

The rental homes have a dedicated area of 39.9 square meters, with a deposit of 3.598 million won and monthly rent of up to 77,000 won.



제주시, 시영임대주택 예비입주자 모집


제주시가 오는 13일과 14일 이틀간 수선화 시영임대주택 예비입주자 15세대를 모집합니다.

신청자격은 제주시에 주소를 둔 무주택 세대로 제주시청 주택과에서 현장 접수합니다.

예비입주자 순위는 다음달 3일 공개 추첨을 통해 정해지며 빈집이 나오면 대기 순번에 따라 입주할 수 있습니다.

임대주택은 전용 면적이 39.9제곱미터로 임대보증금은 359만8천원, 월 임대료는 최대 7만7천원입니다.
