Jeju City is pushing for the designation of an intellectual reinvestigation project district near Hamdeok Beach.

712 lots and 360,000 square meters of lands have been under property right disputes due to inconsistencies causing inconvenience.

Jeju City plans to designate districts and prepare a new study once deliberations are resolved by the Intellectual Re-investigation Committee.




함덕해수욕장 인근 지적재조사 지구지정 추진


제주시가 함덕해수욕장 인근에 대한 지적재조사사업 지구지정을 추진합니다.

해당 사업지구는 712필지, 36만여 제곱미터로 토지 실제 현황과 지적도의 경계가 일치하지 않아
주민들이 재산권 행사에 불편을 호소하는 지역입니다.

제주시는 동의요건이 충족되면 지적재조사위원회 심의 의결 등을 거쳐 사업 지구로 지정하고 새로운 지적공부를 작성해 나갈 계획입니다.
