Jeju City will conduct a special joint inspection of businesses that may have a bad influence on young people such as room cafes.

This inspection will focus on businesses for employment, condoning or aiding harmful youth activities. The crack down will be concentrated in school zones and areas vulnerable to businesses harmful to young people.

Jeju City will request investigations along with the imposition of fines and provide protection services including youth support services.

제주시가 룸카페 등 신종 청소년 유해업소에 대한 특별 합동점검을 실시합니다.

이번 점검은 학교 주변과 청소년 유해업소 밀집지역을 중심으로 청소년 출입이나 고용 여부, 청소년 유해행위를 묵인하거나 방조하는 행위 등에 대해 집중적으로 이뤄집니다.

위반 사항에 대해서는 과태료 부과와 함께 수사를 의뢰하고 위기상황 청소년이 발견될 경우 청소년 지원시설 연계 등 보호 서비스를 지원할 방침입니다.
