The drop rate of apartment sales prices in Jeju continues to expand.
According to the Korea Real Estate Agency, apartment sales prices in Jeju Island fell 0.21% from the previous week in the first week of this month.

The drop in sales prices slowed down until the beginning of the year, but has been gradually expanding since the middle of January.

Unlike the sale price, apartment lease prices fell 0.27% from the previous week with a slight slow down.




제주 아파트 매매가격 하락폭 확대…전세가는 둔화


제주지역 아파트 매매가격 하락폭이 다시 확대되고 있는 것으로 나타났습니다.

한국부동산원에 따르면 이달 첫째 주 제주도내 아파트 매매가격은 전주 대비 0.21% 떨어졌습니다.


매매가격 하락폭은 올해 초까지 둔화세를 보였으나 지난달 중순을 기점으로 점차 확대되고 있습니다.

매매가격과 달리 아파트 전세가격은 전주보다 0.27% 떨어지면서 하락폭이 소폭 둔화됐습니다.
