Seogwipo City will push for comprehensive measures to help prevent forest fires in spring until May 15th.

Accordingly, a countermeasures headquarters has been established within 13 organizations in each district administration office with supported personnel and extinguishing equipment.

In addition, the government plans to establish a cooperative system with related agencies including the fire department and the Jeju Forest Aviation Management Office to work together to minimize damages by quickly responding to forest fires.




서귀포시, 봄철 산불방지 종합대책 추진


서귀포시가 오는 5월 15일까지 봄철 산불방지 종합대책을 추진합니다.

이에 따라 본청과 읍면동 13개 기관에 산불방지 대책본부를 설치하고 감시, 진화 인력과 진화 장비를 배치했습니다.

또 소방서와 제주산림항공관리소 등 유관기관과의 공조체계를 구축해 산불 발생 시 신속한 초기대응으로 피해를 최소화할 방침입니다.
