Jeju Special Self-governing Province Development Corporation will provide Jeju Samdasoo water to drought-hit southern islands and 10 million won worth of relief funds to help earthquake damage in the Republic of Turkey.

Currently, in the southern islands such as (완도) Wando and (통영) Tongyeong, the limited water supply area is expanding due to the depletion of drinking water sources due to the persistent drought, so 10,000 bottles of Samdasoo will be delivered through the National Disaster Relief Association.

The development corporation plans to support Jeju Samdasoo in consultation with the Korean Red Cross as soon as a temporary shelter is prepared in the earthquake-hit areas of Turkey.




가뭄피해지역 삼다수·튀르키예 1천만원 지원


제주특별자치도개발공사가 가뭄 피해를 겪는 남부 도서지역에 제주삼다수를, 튀르키예 지진 피해 복구비로 1천만원을 지원합니다.

현재 완도와 통영 등 남부 도서지역의 경우 지속되는 극심한 가뭄에 따른 식수원 고갈로 제한 급수지역이 확대되고 있어 이번에 삼다수 1만병을 전국재해구호협회를 통해 전달합니다.

개발공사는 튀르키예 지진 피해 지역에 임시 보호소가 준비 되는대로 대한적십자사와 협의해 제주삼다수를 지원한다는 계획입니다.
