The second phase of the development on the province’s outer ports, which have been drifting for years, is expected to begin in earnest.

The Province recently has disclosed the environmental impact assessment categories with regards to the 2nd development project on Jeju’s outer ports and is collecting residents' opinions until the 9th.

These are processes taken to determine the criteria and scope prior to the environmental impact assessment.

The second phase of the development project of Jeju's outer ports aims to invest 65 billion won by 2027 in order to reclaim 40,000 square meters of land and establish mooring facilities and a dock for cargo ships.

제주외항 2단계 개발사업은
오는 2027년까지 사업비 650억원을 투입해 4만여제곱미터를 매립한 후 화물선 접안이 가능한 계류시설과 부두 1선석의 조성을 골자로 하고 있습니다.
