The reclamation work for the western landfill in Jeju city, where landfill has been completed, will be carried out in earnest.

Jeju City announced that it plans to carry out the final reclamation work for the western landfill in (원림리) Wolim-ri, Hallim-eup, which ended in April 2019.

The total fee will be 2 billion won, and construction will begin this month to be completed in December.

Jeju City plans to collect opinions from local residents and provide them as a convenient space when the final soil construction is completed.





사용 종료 서부매립장 복토공사 본격 추진


쓰레기 매립이 종료된 제주시 서부매립장에 대한 복토공사가 본격 추진됩니다.

제주시는 지난 2019년 4월 만적으로 사용이 종료된 한림읍 월림리 서부매립장에 대해 최종 복토공사를 추진할 계획이라고 밝혔습니다.

복토공사에는 사업비 20억원이 투입되며 이달 착공해 오는 12월 마무리될 예정입니다.

제주시는 최종 복토공사가 완료되면 지역주민들의 의견을 수렴해 편의 공간으로 제공할 계획입니다.
