While the Jeju Wild Fire Festival will be held as a face-to-face event for the first time in four years, an additional event, "Sharing Hope Seedlings," will also be held on the site.

Jeju City announced that it will hold a "New Spring, Sharing New Hope Seedlings" event at the (새별) Saebyeol Oreum from 10 a.m. on the 12th, the last day of the Jejum Fire Festival.

In total 4,000 seedlings of four types, including pomegranate trees, Chinese wild peach, fig and large plum trees. Two trees will be handed out per person on a first-come, first-served basis.

Meanwhile, KCTV Jeju Broadcasting will broadcast the 'oreum fire lighting' event, the highlight of the Wild Fire Festival, live on the evening of the 11th.





제주들불축제 '묘목 나눠주기' 4천그루 선착순 제공


제주들불축제가 4년만에 대면행사로 열리는 가운데 부대 행사인 '희망 묘목 나눠주기'도 현장에서 진행됩니다.

제주시는 들불축제 마지막 날인 12일 오전 10시부터 새별오름 행사장 광장에서 '새봄, 새희망 묘목 나눠주기' 행사를 개최한다고 밝혔습니다.

묘목은 석류나무를 비롯해 개복숭아와, 무화과, 왕자두 4종 4천그루로 1명당 2그루씩 선착순 제공됩니다.

한편 KCTV제주방송은 들불축제의 하이라이트인 '오름 불 놓기' 행사를 오는 11일 저녁 생중계 할 예정입니다.
