A large number of local public institutions were found to have inadequate recruiting processes.

The Jeju Provincial Audit Committee has detected a total of 39 violations as a result of a special audit conducted on the employment status of 17 local public institutions since December 2021.

In the case of the Jeju Culture and Arts Foundation, two people marked as ineligible during the document screening were hired as successful candidates.

Jeju Techno Park was found to have hired a candidate who came in second place while dumping the candidate with the highest assessment.

The Jeju Sports Council illegally extended its employment contract period for 3 contract employees without a public offering.

The Jeju Provincial Audit Commission has called on measures for 13 people for misconduct in the personnel hiring process.





지방공공기관 채용 '방만'…39건 적발


지방공공기관의 채용과정이 상당부분 부적정하게 이뤄진 것으로 나타났습니다.

제주도감사위원회가 지난 2021년 12월 이후 지방공공기관 17곳의 채용실태에 대한 특정감사결과 모두 39건의 위반사항을 적발했습니다.

제주문화예술재단의 경우 서류전형심사 중 부적격 판정을 받아야 할 2명이 최종합격자로 결정되는가 하면

제주테크노파크는 2개 분야에서 면접 전형결과 1순위자가 아닌 2순위자를 최종 합격처리했습니다.

제주도체육회는 기간제 근로자 3명의 계약기간이 만료되자 새로운 채용계획을 수립한 후 공모 없이 재계약을 체결한 것으로 나타났습니다.

제주도감사위원회는 채용 업무를 부적정하게 처리한 13명에 대해 신분상 조치를 요구했습니다.
