Jeju City is operating a communication platform for Jeju’s Fire Festival to listen to various opinions from citizens.

Opinions will be collected until the end of this month, and those who wish to participate can search for the KakaoTalk open chat for (들불축제 소통방) Deulbul Chukje which means Fire Festival in Korea to join.

In line with trends of considering weather anomalies and environmental issues, the opinions will be reflected in the evaluation of the festival.

This year's Jeju Fire Festival was held as a face-to-face event for the first time in four years, however the oreum burning event was completely canceled due to a forest fire warning.

제주시가 들불축제에 대한 시민들의 다양한 의견을 듣기 위해 들블축제 소통방을 운영합니다.

운영 기간은 이달 말까지로 참여를 원하는 시민은 카카오톡 오픈채팅 메뉴에서 들불축제 소통방을 검색 후 접속하면 됩니다.

특히 최근 기상 이변과 환경이슈 등 시대의 트렌드에 맞게 변화의 필요성이 제기된 만큼 의견들은 축제 평가에 반영될 예정입니다.

올해 들불축제는 4년 만에 대면행사로 개최됐지만 산불경보 발령으로 오름불놓기 등 불 관련 프로그램이 전면 취소됐습니다.
