Jeju City will operate a viewing period for individual housing prices as of January 1st this year.

The viewing target is 63,300 houses, which is an increase of about 580 houses from last year. Prices can be viewed at the Jeju City Tax Office, local community centers, and the Jeju City website until the 10th of next month.

Opinions received during the viewing period will be reviewed by the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee and posted on the 28th of next month.

제주시가 올해 1월 1일 기준 개별주택가격 열람기간을 운영합니다.

열람 대상은 지난해보다 580여호 증가한 6만 3천300여호로 다음달 10일까지 제주시 세무과와 읍면동주민센터, 제주시 홈페이지에서 열람이 가능합니다.

열람기간 접수된 의견에 대해서는 재검증과 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 다음달 28일자로 결정 공시됩니다.
