Unpaid local taxes are now visible to the public nationwide without the landlord's consent.

This is due to the revision of the Local Tax Collection Law, which allows tenants to apply for inspection of unpaid local taxes without the landlord's consent from the time of contract conclusion until the start of the lease agreement if the security deposit exceeds KRW 10 million.

Until now, inspection of unpaid local taxes was only possible with the consent of the landlord before the lease agreement.

Tenants who wish to request to view any unpaid local taxes can apply by visiting the Jeju City Hall Property Office or district administration center with a copy of the lease agreement.




내일부터, 집주인 동의 없이 미납세금 열람 가능


집주인 동의가 없어도 전국 어디서나 미납 지방세에 대한 열람이 가능합니다.


이는 지방세징수법 개정에 따른 것으로 임차보증금이 1천만원을 초과하면 계약체결 후부터 임대차 계약 기간이 시작되는 날까지 임대인 동의 없이 미납지방세 열람 신청이 가능해집니다.

지금까지는 임대차계약 전에 임대인의 동의를 받아야만 미납지방세 열람이 가능했습니다.

열람하려는 임차인은 임대차계약서 사본을 가지고 제주시청 재산과나 읍면동 주민센터를 방문해 신청하면 됩니다.
