A deposit system for reusable cups will be implemented on Gapado Island.

Seogwipo City has obtained the consent of eight cafes on Gapado Island, and after a two-month trial period, the system will be officially enforced from June.

Accordingly, if a reusable cup is used on Gapado Island, a deposit of 1,000 won will be required, and when the cup is returned, the deposit will be refunded to consumers.

Seogwipo City has installed deposit return machines at the passenger lounges at (운진) Unjin Port, and on Gapado Island.

가파도에서도 다회용컵 보증금제가 실시됩니다.

서귀포시는
가파도에 있는 8개 카페매장의 동의를 얻어
두달동안 시범기간을 거쳐
6월부터 본격적으로 제도를 시행한다고 밝혔습니다.

이에 따라 가파도에서도
다회용컵을 사용하면 1천원의 보증금을 내고
컵을 받납하면 돌려받게 됩니다.

서귀포시는 대정읍 운진항 대합실과 가파도내 대합실에
보증금 반환기를 설치했습니다.
