The price of apartments in Jeju continued to decline this month.

According to the Korea Real Estate Agency, apartment prices in the province fell by 0.18% during the first week of this month when compared to the previous week.

Additionally, lease prices for apartments also experienced a 0.2% decline from the previous week.

The real estate industry attributes the decline in apartment prices to frozen buying sentiment caused by high-interest rates.

부동산 업계는 고금리 여파로 매수 심리가 얼어붙으면서 아파트 가격이 하락세를 보이고 있는 것으로 분석했습니다.
