Jeju Development Corporation is recruiting prospective tenants for general leased housing. Recruitment will be divided according to region and number of household members.

Applications can be made at the local resident center from the 2nd to the 4th of next month.

The selection of prospective tenants will be made by each administrative district, and tenants will fill vacancies that occur due to tenant relocation, sequentially according to their assigned number.

General lease-purchase housing is affordable housing that acquires existing multi-family homes and supplies them at a lease rate of approximately 30% of the market price.

제주도개발공사가 일반매입 임대주택에 대한 예비입주자를 모집합니다.

이번 모집은 지역과 세대원 수에 따라 구분해
다음달 2일부터 4일까지 읍면동 주민센터에서 신청할 수 있습니다.

예비입주자 선정은 각 행정시에서 이뤄지며
입주자 퇴거 등의 사유로 공실이 발생하면
부여된 순번에 따라 순차적으로 입주할 수 있게 됩니다.

일반매입 임대주택은 다가구 등 기존주택을 매입해
시세의 30% 수준의 임대조건으로 저렴하게 공급하는 주택입니다.
