Women who return to economic activity after childbirth will receive childbirth benefits.

Jeju Province will provide KRW 1.5 million in total, with KRW 500,000 per month for three months, to one-person business owners or freelancers who are engaged in income-generating activities but are not covered by employment insurance.

Childbirth benefits can be applied for only once within a year of the birth date, and those who have experienced miscarriages or stillbirths can also receive support.

Meanwhile, the province has provided childbirth benefits worth KRW 200 million to more than 130 people who are not covered by employment insurance since the beginning of this year.



고용보험 미적용 일하는 여성 출산급여 지급

출산 후에 경제활동을 하는 여성들에게 출산급여가 지원됩니다.

제주도는 소득활동을 하고 있지만
고용보험을 적용받지 못하는 1인 사업자나 프리랜서를 대상으로 3개월동안 월 50만 원씩 모두 150만 원을 지원합니다.

출산급여는 출산일로부터 1년 안에 한번만 신청 가능하며 유산이나 사산한 경우도 지원 받을 수 있습니다.

한편, 제주도는 올들어 고용보험 미적용자 130여 명에게 2억원 상당의 출산급여를 지원했습니다.
