Jeju City is promoting a student horseback riding experience program for elementary, middle, and high school students as well as youth outside of school.

This program, which costs 620 million won, will be conducted for about 1,900 people from next month until November of this year.

For participating students, 70% of the horse riding fee will be supported and the full cost of therapeutic riding will be supported.

For PE classes that involve horseback riding education, will first be conducted for 164 students from (금악) Geumak Elementary School and (장전) Jangjeon Elementary School.





제주시, 학생 승마체험 사업 진행…체험비 70% 지원

제주시가 초.중.고등학생과 학교 밖 청소년들을 대상으로 학생 승마체험 사업을 추진합니다.

학생 승마체험 사업은 올해 6억 2천여 만원이 투입돼
다음달부터 오는 11월까지 1천900여 명을 대상으로 진행됩니다.



참여 학생들에게는 일반승마의 경우 체험비의 70%가 지원되며 재활승마는 비용 전액이 지원됩니다.

학교 체육시간에 승마교육을 받는 학교체육 승마는
금악초등학교와 장전초등학교 학생 164명을 대상으로 우선 진행되고 있습니다.
