There have been complaints that some cultural heritage repair companies have created paper companies on paper to participate in collusion biddings.

Jeju Province has launched a comprehensive investigation with officials visiting 34 companies in the province to verify registration documents and proper operation. They will also check the qualifications of repair technicians and functional personnel for loaning and overlapping employment.

In particular, priority will be given to investigating companies currently engaged in cultural heritage repair projects in progress this year.

If any violations occur, further actions such as reporting or cancellation of registration will be implemented.

벌떼 입찰에 참여한다는 민원이 제기돼
제주도가 전수조사에 나섭니다.

이를 위해 도내 34개 업체를 직접 방문해
등록서류와 적정운영 여부를 확인하고
문화재 수리 기술자와 기능자를 대상으로
자격대여와 중복취업 등을 점검합니다.

특히 올해 문화재 수리사업에 입찰돼
현재 사업을 추진중인 업체에 대해 우선적으로 조사합니다.

조사결과 위반업체나 기술자에 대해서는
고발이나 등록취소 등 후속조치를 취할 방침입니다.
