It has been reported that individual housing prices in Seogwipo City have decreased compared to last year.

According to Seogwipo City, as of January 1st of this year, the publicly announced price of individual housing was 46.348 trillion won for over 35,000 units, a 3.94% decrease from last year.

This decrease is explained by the fact that the standard housing price, which serves as the basis for calculating individual housing prices, has decreased as part of the plan to align actual real estate prices with the published prices.

Seogwipo City will operate a period for viewing individual housing prices and will receive applications for objections until the 30th of this month.

서귀포시에 따르면
올해 1월 1일 기준 공시된 개별주택 가격은
3만5천여 호에 4조6천348억 원으로 지난해 보다 3.94% 하락했습니다.

이는 부동산 공시가격 현실화 계획에 따라
개별주택가격 산정의 기준이 되는 표준주택 가격하락이 반영된 것으로
풀이됩니다.

서귀포시는 오는 30일까지
개별주택가격을 열람기간을 운영하고 이의신청을 받을 예정입니다.
