The Jeju Special Self-Governing Province will accept employment permit applications for foreign workers from the 15th to the 26th of this month.

The number of foreign worker permits to be issued is 35,000 nationwide, including 18,000 in the manufacturing industry, 2,200 in the agriculture and fisheries industry, 1,500 in the fisheries industry, 1,000 in the construction industry, and 300 in the service industry.

Employers who wish to apply for an employment permit must make efforts to hire domestic workers before submitting in their application.

Target workplaces for the issuance of the foreign work permit will be announced on June 16th.

제조업 1만8천명, 농축산업 2천200명,
어업 1천500명, 건설업 1천명, 서비스업 300명 등입니다.

희망하는 사업주는
고용허가 신청서 제출 전에
반드시 사전 내국인 구인 노력을 거쳐야 합니다.

발급대상 사업장은 오는 6월 16일 확정 발표됩니다.
