Development on a community complex has begun in earnest, starting with the demolition of the building this month and is planned to be completed by 2026.

With an investment of 38 billion won, a complex cultural space will be created with a total floor area of 11,000 square meters, and will include a public library, a national sports center, a family center, and a health support center.

Jeju City also plans to establish an exhibition space within the facility to preserve historical data and the surrounding areas.

2026년 준공을 목표로 공사를 진행합니다.


사업비 380억원을 투입해
지하 2층, 지상 6층 연면적 1만 1천제곱미터 규모로
공공도서관과 국민체육센터,
가족센터, 건강생활지원센터 등의 복합문화 공간이 조성됩니다.

제주시는 시민회관 일대와 역사적 자료 보존을 위해
시설 내에 전시 공간도 마련하기로 했습니다.
