Consumer sentiment in the real estate market in Jeju continues to remain cautious with uncertainty.

According to the Real Estate Market Research Center of the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements, the consumer sentiment index for the Jeju real estate market recorded 95.2 last month, showing a 2.6-point increase compared to the previous month. Throughout this year, the index has been fluctuating.

In terms of different sectors, the consumer sentiment index for the housing market rose by 3 points to 97.2. On the other hand, the land market experienced a slight decline of 0.6 points, with the index reaching 77.1.

제주지역 부동산시장에 대한 관망세가 지속되면서
소비심리가 갈피를 잡지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났습니다.

국토연구원 부동산시장연구센터에 따르면
지난달 제주지역 부동산시장 소비심리지수는
전월 대비 2.6포인트 상승한
95.2를 기록하며
올들어 오르락내리락을 반복하고 있습니다.

부문별 소비심리지수는
주택시장이 97.2로 3포인트 상승한 반면
토지시장은
77.1로 0.6포인트 소폭 하락했습니다.
