It is expected that more than 160,000 tourists will visit Jeju during the Buddha's Birthday holiday.

According to the Jeju Tourism Association, they anticipate approximately 162,000 visitors from the 26th to the 29th of this month, spanning a four-day period.

This number is slightly lower, by about 20,000 people, compared to the same period last year when there were approximately 181,000 visitors.

During this period, domestic flights have decreased by 5% or 49 flights compared to the same period last year. However, the average passenger load factor is expected to be 93.4%.

부처님오신날 연휴 제주를 찾는 관광객이
16만여 명에 이를 전망입니다.

제주도관광협회는
오는 26일부터 29일까지 나흘 동안
입도 예상 관광객을
16만 2천여 명으로 내다봤습니다.

이는 지난해 같은 기간 18만1천여 명에 비해
2만명 가량 적은 수치입니다.

이 기간 국내선 항공편은
지난해 같은 기간보다 5%, 49편 감소한 가운데
평균 탑승률은
93.4％로 예상됩니다.
