Jeju Provincial Office of Education conducts an annual survey on workplace bullying.

Based on this, the Jeju Provincial Office of Education has announced a plan to eradicate workplace harassment.

The focus will be on establishment of an anonymous reporting center for victims and conducting an annual survey on the current state of workplace harassment.

In addition, the POE will designate a "Respect and Empathy Day" to foster a workplace culture of consideration and empathy.

The number of reported cases of harassment received by the reporting center of the provincial education office has been increasing annually, reaching 56 cases in the past five years.



도교육청, 매년 직장내 갑질행태 실태조사 실시


제주도교육청이 매년 직장내 갑질 행위에 대한 실태조사를 벌입니다.

제주도교육청은 이 같은 내용을 골자로 한
직장 내 괴롭힘 근절 계획을 수립해 발표했습니다.

주요 내용으로는 피해 접수를 위한 익명신고센터를 개설하고
매년 실태조사를 실시합니다.

이 밖에도 '존중과 공감 실천의 날'을 지정해
배려하는 직장 문화를 만들어 나갈 계획입니다.

도교육청 갑질신고센터에 접수된 피해 신고 건수는
지난 5년간 56건으로 매년 증가하는 추세입니다
