To alleviate the debt burden of low-income households, the province will provide support for the repayment of high-interest alternative loans, becoming the first local government to do so.

Through the current budget revision, the island has secured 1 billion KRW and plans to accept support applications starting from next month.

The repayment support funds of 200,000 KRW per resident of Jeju Province who are using particular loans such as (햇살론15) Hetsal Loan 15 and loans for low-credit individuals, and Hetsal loan for employees to name a few.

This initiative aims to assist individuals in repaying their loans and alleviating their financial burden.
