Jeju Real Estate Auctions Chill

The real estate auction market is experiencing a chill, with only one out of every four properties finding new owners in last month's auctions.

According to the specialized auction firm (지지) GG Auction, out of the 289 properties auctioned in Jeju last month, only 77 were successfully sold.

The success rate stood at 26.6%, marking a significant decline of 17.5 percentage points compared to the previous month, indicating a sluggish market.

The bid-to-appraisal ratio, which shows the ratio of the winning bid to the appraised value, also remained low at 67.3%.

In terms of property type, residential and commercial facilities achieved a bidding rate in the 30% range, while land properties stayed around the 20% mark.

지난달 제주에서 경매가 진행된 289건 가운데
77건이 낙찰됐습니다.

낙찰률은 26.6%로
전월과 비교해 17.5%포인트 하락하며
저조한 모습을 보였습니다.

감정가 대비 낙찰가 비율을 보여주는 낙찰가율도
67.3%에 그쳤습니다.

용도별 낙찰률은
주거시설과 업무상업시설이 30%대를 기록했으며
토지는 20%선에 머물렀습니다.
