Starting from next month, the province will expand the eligibility for the Happy Taxi service from elderly aged 70 and above to those aged 65 and above in rural areas.

As a result, elderly individuals aged 65 and above in rural areas will be able to apply for a new Jeju Transportation Welfare Card, and this will be in addition to being exempt from bus fares within the province.

The Elderly Happy Taxi service allows for up to two rides per day, with a maximum cost of 15,000 KRW per day and 168,000 KRW per year, free of charge.

The Jeju Transportation Welfare Card can be applied for in person at all (농협) Nonghyup branches within the province starting from the 27th of this month.

읍면지역 65살 이상으로 확대 운영합니다.

이에따라
읍면지역 65살 이상 어르신이면
제주교통복지카드 신규 발급이 가능하며
도내 버스요금 면제와 더불어
어르신 행복택시를 이용할 수 있게 됩니다.

어르신 행복택시는
1일 2회, 하루에 최대 1만 5천원,
연간 16만 8천원 범위에서 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다.

제주교통복지카드는
오는 27일부터
도내 모든 농협 영업점에서 방문 신청 가능합니다.
