It has been revealed that apartment prices in the Jeju region continue to decline due to a sluggish housing market.

According to the Korea Real Estate Institute, apartment sales prices in the third week of this month decreased by 0.11% compared to the previous week.

Looking at the specific regions, Jeju City saw a decrease of 0.13% centered around Aewol-eup and Noeheung-dong, while Seogwipo City experienced a decrease of 0.04% centered around Donghong-dong and Gangjeong-dong.

In addition, apartment lease prices also declined by 0.09% compared to the previous week.

The real estate industry analyzed that the ongoing decline in apartment prices is due to the frozen purchasing sentiment caused by high interest rates, which has not yet shown signs of recovery.

애월읍과 노형동을 중심으로 0.13%,
서귀포시는
동홍동과 강정동을 중심으로 0.04%
각각 떨어졌습니다.

이와 함께 아파트 전세가격은
전주 대비 0.09% 하락했습니다.

부동산 업계는
고금리 여파로 얼어붙은 매수심리가
회복하지 못하면서
아파트값이 하락세를 이어가고 있는 것으로
분석했습니다.
