Jeju 4.3 Film Festival Runs until November 25th

The Jeju 4.3 Film Festival, which introduces films that reveal the pain and truth of Jeju 4.3, will be held throughout Jeju for six months until November 25th.

The Jeju 4.3 Peace Foundation has organized this film festival for the first time that aims to shed light on footage that have played a crucial role in uncovering the truth and preserving the history of the Jeju 4.3 incident. The festival will showcase 19 domestic and international films and documentaries.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in engaging discussions and listen to commentaries about the films from the directors and invited guests.

Screenings will be available for view every last Friday and Saturday of each month at Jeju CGV. In August, the festival will include screenings at Lotte Cinema Seogwipo Branch, followed by screenings at Seoul Indie Space in September.

올해 처음 마련한 이번 영화제에는
국내외 영화와 다큐멘터리 작품 19편이 선보입니다.

감독과 특별손님을 초청해
작품에 대한 이야기를 듣는 시간도 마련됩니다.


영화 상영은 매월 마지막주 금요일과 토요일
제주 CGV에서 진행되며,
8월에는
롯세시네마 서귀포점,
9월에는 서울인디스페이스에서도 진행됩니다.
