Jeju City will conduct a special inspection on 21 public restrooms at beaches to check for the presence of illegal surveillance cameras until the 14th of this month.

The inspection will be carried out jointly by the Women's Emergency Call Center (1366 Jeju Center) and local town offices, and for public restrooms with a high number of complaints, inspections will be conducted at least once a week or more frequently.

For privately-owned restrooms, inspection or detection equipment can be rented upon request.

Last year, Jeju City conducted 34 inspections, however no cameras were found.

공중화장실에 대해서는
주 1회 이상 수시로 이뤄집니다.

민간 소유 화장실의 경우
점검 또는 탐지 장비를 요청하면 대여합니다.

제주시는
지난해 34차례 점검을 실시했으며 적발 건수는 없었습니다.
