In July of this year, the two administration cities of the province imposed a total property tax of KRW 93.4 billion on approximately 398,000 properties.

This imposition reflects a decrease of KRW 2.79 billion compared to the previous year.

It has been analyzed that the decline in the declared housing prices and assessed land values, reduction in the fair market value ratio for one household per property, and abolition of the special tax rate for vacation homes attributed to the decrease.

The deadline for payment is by the end of this month, and for overdue payments, a surcharge of 3% will be charged.




양 행정시, 재산세 934억 원 부과…27억 감소


양 행정시가 올해 7월 정기분 재산세로 39만 8천여 건에 934억 원을 부과했습니다.

이번에 부과된 재산세는
지난해 대비 27억 9천만 원이 감소한 규모입니다.

주택 공시가격과 공시지가 하락, 1세대 1주택에 대한 공정시장가액비율 인하, 별장 중과세율 폐지 등이 재산세 감소 사유로 분석됩니다.

납부 기한은 이달 말까지로
기한을 넘겨 납부할 경우 3%의 가산금이 부과됩니다.
