The province is expanding its support for the installation of flood prevention facilities in underground parking lots and underground housing complexes.

Main focus will be on raising the subsidy rate for flood prevention facility support from the initial 50% to 90%.

However, for standalone or residential underground floors in multi-unit housing, 100% support will be provided.

In the case of multi-unit housing with non-residential underground floors such as parking lots, support will vary depending on scale and location.

Jeju will support a limit of 10 million won for multi-unit housing and 6 million won for general housing and is currently accepting applications for assistance in installing manual flood barriers in both administrative cities.

제주특별자치도가 주택 지하주차장과
지하주택을 대상으로 한
침수방지시설 설치 지원을 확대합니다.

주요내용을 보면
침수방지시설 보조사업의 기준 보조율을
당초 50%에서
90%로 상향 조정합니다.

다만 단독, 공동주택 지하층이 주거용인 경우 100% 지원하며
공동주택 지하층이
주차장 등 비주거용인 경우
규모와 위치에 따라 차등 지원합니다.

한 개소당 지원한도는
공동주택의 경우 1천만원, 일반주택은 600만원까지입니다.

제주도는 양 행정시를 통해
수동식 물막이판 설치 지원을 공모하고 있습니다.
