Starting from next month, access to vehicles and bicycles will be prohibited on the Hallasan Circular Road.

Jeju Island is implementing this restriction as part of the National Forest Trail Vehicle Entry Restriction and will commence enforcement from next month.

Anyone found violating this restriction may face a fine of up to 200,000 won.

To cater to mountain biking enthusiasts, the province is exploring additional natural areas beyond the National Forest Trail where mountain biking will be permitted.



한라산둘레길에 자동차.자전거 진입 금지


다음달부터 한라산둘레길에
자동차나 자전거 등이 진입할 수 없게 됩니다.

제주도는
이같은 내용을 골자로 한
국가숲길 차마 진입제한 지정.고시에 따라
다음달부터
단속을 시작합니다.

이를 어길 경우
최대 20만원의 과태료가 부과됩니다.

제주도는
산악자전거 동우회원들의 활동을 감안해
국가숲길 이외의 구간에서
산악자전거를 이용할 수 있는 대상지를 물색할 예정입니다.
