Seogwipo Healing Forest is recruiting participants for a forest therapy healing program that utilizes meditation and exercise therapy.

This program will run from September 4th to November 27th, every Monday and Friday. Participants will engage in activities such as barefoot walking meditation in the forest, sensory forest therapy, mental therapy, and foot bath experiences.

The application period is until the 25th, and the program will be operational with a minimum of two or more participants.

Participation is free for the therapy program, but will have to pay for parking individually.

명상과 운동요법을 이용한 숲테라피 치유프로그램 참가자를 모집합니다.

이번 프로그램은
9월 4일부터 11월 27일까지 매주 월요일과 금요일 운영되며
숲속 맨발걷기명상과 오감숲테라피, 정신요법, 해먹.족욕체험 등이
진행됩니다.

신청 기간은 오는 25일 까지로
최소 2명 이상 참여 신청시 프로그램이 운영됩니다.

치유프로그램 참가비는 없으며
주차비는 별도로 부담해야 합니다.
