The consumer price index in Jeju region recorded a 1% range increase for the second consecutive month last month.
According to the Jeju office of Honam Regional Statistics Bureau, the local consumer prices rose by 1.2% compared to a year ago, with the rate of increase decreasing by 0.3 percentage points from the previous month.

Specifically, agricultural, livestock, and fisheries products fell by 0.6%, while industrial products, mainly focusing on diesel and gasoline, decreased by 1.4%.

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) for everyday items, which reflects the perception of inflation, increased by 1.0%.

It's worth noting that the growth of the consumer price index in the region has been decelerating, and in June, it fell to the 1% range for the first time in 27 months.

지난달 제주지역 소비자물가 상승률이

호남지방통계청 제주사무소에 따르면
지난달 도내 소비자물가는
1년 전과 비교해 1.2% 오르며
전월보다 상승폭이 0.3%포인트 축소됐습니다.

품목별로는
농축수산물이 0.6% 하락했으며
공업제품은 경유와 휘발유를 중심으로 1.4% 내렸습니다.

구입 빈도가 높은 품목들로 구성돼
체감물가를 보여주는 생활물가지수는 1.0% 올랐습니다.

한편 도내 소비자물가 상승률은 둔화세를 이어오다 지난 6월 27개월 만에 1%대로 떨어졌습니다.
