Jeju City has commenced the construction of integrated facilities to enhance residents' health and leisure activities in the eastern and western regions.

The city has introduced two innovative initiatives to enhance the well-being and recreational options for its residents. These projects consist of the Aewol SOC Complex, aimed at providing a wide range of sports and cultural activities, and the Samyang (반다디) Bandabi Sports Center, designed to be inclusive for both disabled and non-disabled individuals.

The Aewol project will encompass three above-ground floors and one underground level, featuring swimming pools, washing rooms and cultural spaces. The target for completion is June 2025.

Similarly, the Samyang project will have a basement and two above-ground floors, and include amenities such as swimming pools and fitness areas and is expected to be completed by January 2025.

애월 SOC 복합화사업은
지하1층, 지상 3층 규모로
수영장과 목욕탕, 생활문화센터등이
조성되며 2025년 6월 준공을 목표로 진행됩니다.

삼양 반다비 체육센터는 지하1층, 지상 2층 규모로
수영장과 헬스장 등으로 구성된 체육시설로
2025년 1월 준공을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
