Seogwipo City offers support for lease deposit insurance premium refunds to young newlywed couples.

Targets include Individuals aged 19 to 39 with an annual income of up to 50 million won, and to newlywed couples with a combined income of up to 70 million won within 7 years of marriage.
This is under the condition that the lease deposit insurance was obtained from the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation, the Korea Housing Finance Corporation, or Seoul Guarantee Insurance after January of this year.

Applications are accepted at the Seogwipo City Hall’s Construction Division, with support provided for up to a maximum of 300,000 won, covering a portion of the actual paid insurance premium.



서귀포시, 전세금 반환 보증 보험비 지원


서귀포시가 청년과 신혼부부에 대해
전세금 반환보증 보험비를 지원합니다.

대상은 임차보증금 3억 원 이하, 연소득 5천만원 이하의
만 19세에서 39세의 청년과
연소득 7천만 원 이하의 7년 이내 신혼부부입니다.

특히 올해 1월 이후 주택도시보증공사와 주택금융공사, 서울보증보험에 전세금 반환 보증보험을 가입한 경우에 신청가능합니다.

신청은 서귀포시청 건축과에서 접수하며
실제 납부 보증료의 최대 30만원까지 지원됩니다.
