각 시도교육청에 2학기 학사 운영에 철저를 기하도록 당부하며 9월 4일 연가가 불가능하다는 방침을 통보했습니다.

그러면서 법과 원칙에 따라 학사 운영과 복무 관리가 이뤄졌는지 점검하고 대응할 계획이라고 강조했습니다.
