From now on, problematic students who excessively disrupt classes can be removed from the classroom as a disciplinary measure.

The Ministry of Education will implement guidelines for protecting educational activities, including these provisions.

According to the government, teachers will be able to take measures against students who disrupt educational activities in various ways.
Removal warnings will vary in level from ‘advice,’ ‘counseling’, ‘warning’, ‘disciplinary action’, and finally, ‘classroom removal.’

Furthermore, students who repeatedly disrupt educational activities will be reported and asked to be transferred by their parents. This transfer will have the students to transfer to home-based learning as a substitute for regular classroom attendance.

단계별로 교육활동을 방해하는 학생에 대해 조치할 수 있으며
퇴실 조치도 포함됩니다.

또 분리 조치를 받은 학생이 반복해 교육활동을 방해할 경우
학부모에 인계해
정규 수업 대신
가정학습으로 대체할 수 있도록 하는 근거도 마련됐습니다.
