While apartment prices are on the rise nationwide, the scenario in Jeju presents a stark contrast, with prices persistently declining.

According to the Korea Real Estate Institute, the average apartment transaction price in the fourth week of last month in the region experienced a decrease of 0.04% compared to the previous week.

The apartment rental prices also declined, dropping by 0.02% compared to the previous week.

On the other hand, nationwide apartment transaction prices have been upward since returning to a rising trajectory in mid-July.

The real estate industry attributes the decrease in apartment prices in Jeju to the sluggish housing market due to the aftermath of higher interest rates, which has contributed to a lack of revived buying sentiment.

하락세를 유지했습니다.

반면 전국 아파트 매매가격은
지난 7월 중순 상승세로 돌아선 뒤 오름세를 이어가고 있습니다.

부동산 업계는
고금리 여파로 인한 주택시장 침체로
매수심리가 살아나지 않으면서
아파트값이 하락하고 있는 것으로 분석했습니다.
