Jeju City has decided to expand open kindergartens and will accept applications until the 22nd.

Open kindergartens, where kindergarten facilities are accessible and encourage parental involvement, will add 20 new locations this year and re-evaluate the existing 59 operational ones.

Designation as an open kindergarten provides several advantages such as gaining extra points in the selection process for public-type kindergartens are given priority for re-delegation of national public kindergartens and support for teaching materials and equipment expenses.

열린 어린이집을 확대하기로 하고 오는 22일까지 신청을 받습니다.

열린 어린이집은 어린이집 공간을 개방하고
부모의 참여가
일상적으로 이루어지는 곳으로
올해 신규 20개소를 추가 지정하고
기존에 지정돼 운영중인 59개소에 대해서는 재선정을 추진합니다.

열린어린이집으로 선정되면
공공형 어린이집 신규 선정이나
국공립 어린이집 재위탁 심사에서 가점이 부여되고
교재 교구비 우선 지원 등의 혜택이 주어집니다.
