The province is initiating a comprehensive Chuseok Holiday disaster safety plan.

Jeju is launching a comprehensive disaster safety plan during the Chuseok holiday, running from the 28th to the 3rd of the following month. A dedicated disaster safety center will operate 24/7.

Special focus will be on inspecting 10 multi-use facilities, including traditional markets, to address potential risks due to expected increased visitors.

Additionally, an emergency medical response center will be active, and clinics and pharmacies will remain open during the holiday to handle medical emergencies and infectious diseases.

제주도가 추석 연휴 기간 동안 재난안전관리 종합 대책을 추진합니다.

이에 따라 오는 28일부터 다음 달 3일까지 재난안전 상황실을 운영하고 24시간 비상 근무에 들어갑니다.


특히, 이용객 증가가 예상되는 전통시장 등 다중이용시설 10개소를 집중 점검해 위험
요인을 사전에 해소할 예정입니다.

이와 함께 비상진료 상황실을 운영하고
연휴기간에도 병의원이나 약국이 문을 열 수 있도록 지정해
비상 진료와 감염병에 대응하기로 했습니다.
