Over half of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Jeju are facing difficulties in securing funds as Chuseok approaches.

According to the Jeju Regional Branch of the SME Corporation, a survey was conducted among 56 local SMEs to assess their financial needs for Chuseok, and the results showed that 67.8% of them reported financial difficulties. This percentage represents a 2.4-point increase compared to the previous year.

The primary reasons cited for the unfavorable financial situation were poor sales performance, accounting for 71.1% of the responses, followed by increases in material prices and delays in collecting proceeds.

이 같은 비율은 지난해 추석과 비교해 2.4%포인트 증가한 수치입니다.

자금 사정이 좋지 못한 이유로는
판매부진이 71.1%로 가장 높았으며
이어 원부자재 가격상승, 판매대금 회수지연 등의
순으로 조사됐습니다.
