Low Demand for Delivery Fee Subsidy


The province is currently accepting applications for parcel delivery fee subsidies, but the participation rate appears to be low.

As of now, approximately 16,000 applications have been received, totaling 50 million KRW in financial assistance.

This falls significantly short of the initial budget of 3.25 billion KRW, constituting just 1.5% of the allocated funds. With the application deadline at the end of this month, the Province encourages more residents to participate.

However, some have found the application process, which involves logging in, providing personal information, and attaching various documents, to be cumbersome, suggesting the need for improvements.


택배 추가배송비 지원 신청 저조…이달 말 종료

제주특별자치도가
이달 한달간 택배 추가배송비 지원 신청을 받고 있는 가운데 참여율은 저조한 것으로 나타나고 있습니다.

제주특별자치도에 따르면 현재까지 접수된 추가배송비 지원 신청은 1만 6천여건에 금액으로는 5천만원으로 집계되고 있습니다.

당초 확보된 예산인 32억 5천만원에 비해 1.5%에 지나지 않고 있습니다.

이달말까지인 만큼 도민들의 많은 참여를 당부하고 있습니다.

한편 추가 배송비 신청은 로그인을 시작으로
개인정보 입력과 각종 증빙서류를 첨부하면서 적지 않게 번거로워 이에 대한 개선의 필요성도 나오고 있습니다.
