Jeju Apartment Prices Dip by 0.02%
The decline in apartment sale prices in Jeju area has slightly decreased.
According to the Korea Real Estate Institute, apartment sale prices in Jeju decreased by 0.02% in the third week of this month, showing a 0.02 percentage point reduction in the decline compared to the previous week.

On the other hand, the apartment lease prices in the area decreased by 0.04%, with the rate of decline expanding by 0.02% compared to the previous week.
The real estate industry attributes the fall in apartment prices to the dampened buying interest due to high interest rates causing a sluggish housing market.

반면 도내 아파트 전세가격은 0.04% 하락하며
전주 대비 내림폭이 0.02% 확대된 것으로 조사됐습니다.

부동산 업계는 고금리 기조로 인한 주택시장 침체로
매수심리가 살아나지 않으면서
아파트값이 하락하고 있는 것으로 분석했습니다.
