Jeju City has announced that it will distribute local currency (탐나는전) ‘Tamnaneunjeon’ to ‘Ethical Pricing Shops’ in the latter half of the year.

A total of 183 businesses will be included with each business receiving 230,000 Korean Won.

"Originally, this assistance was intended solely for new businesses. However, due to additional funding, it has been extended to all eligible businesses.

Jeju City has considered feedback from shop owners and, beginning this year, it has shifted from offering incentives in the form of trash bags to distributing Tamnaneunjeon.



제주시, 착한가격업소에 탐나는전 23만 원 지급


제주시가 올해 상반기에 이어 하반기에도 착한가격업소(Ethical Pricing Shops) 에 탐나는전을 지급했다고 밝혔습니다.

하반기 인센티브 지원 업소는 183곳으로 한 곳당 탐나는전 23만 원이 지급됐습니다.

당초 신규 업소에만 지원할 예정이었지만 추경을 통해 예산이 확보됨에 따라 전체 업소로 확대됐습니다.

제주시는 올해부터 착한가격업소 업주들의 의견을 반영해 인센티브 지원 물품을 종량제봉투에서 탐나는전으로 변경해 지급하고 있습니다.
