Jeju Special Self-Governing Province provides interest support for rental deposit loans for newlywed and childbearing households.

Residents who have either gotten married or had a child in the last 7 years, hold a rental deposit loan from a bank, and do not currently own a home are eligible to benefit as of the announcement date.

The support covers 1.5% of the rental loan interest, capped at 1.2 million won. For families with multiple kids, disabilities, or from diverse backgrounds will receive an enhanced rate of 2%, with a max of 1.6 million won.

Residents can submit their applications until the 3rd of next month at the local community center of their respective town or village.



신혼부부·자녀출산 가구 전세 대출이자 지원


제주특별자치도가 신혼부부와 자녀출산 가구 주택에 대한 전세자금 대출이자를 지원합니다.

대상은 공고일 기준으로 7년 이내 혼인신고를 했거나 자녀를 출산한 무주택 가구로 금융권에서 전세자금을 대출받은 도민입니다.

지원은 전세대출 이자의 1.5%, 최대 120만원이며 다자녀와 장애인, 다문화가구는
대출이자의 2%, 160만원까지입니다.

접수는 다음달 3일까지
주소지 읍면동 주민센터에서 이뤄집니다.
